Project Summary
The project aims to empower young women and adolescent girls by ensuring equitable access to the digital economy. Adopting an ecosystem approach, the initiative seeks to mitigate the conflict's negative impacts on gender equality by providing young women and girls with access to training, safe spaces, resources, digital markets, and advocacy efforts. The project combines technical and soft skills training with the establishment of a dedicated Tech Hub designed to meet the needs of young women and girls. Additionally, the project aims to challenge conservative attitudes toward women’s participation in the labor market through an innovative campaign led by a consortium of civil society organizations (CSOs), youth groups, and media outlets for cultural and systemic changes to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for women in the digital economy.
يهدف المشروع إلى تمكين الشابات والفتيات اليمنيات من خلال ضمان حصولهن على فرص متكافئة في الاقتصاد الرقمي. من خلال اعتماد نهج النظام البيئي، يسعى المشروع إلى التخفيف من التأثيرات السلبية للنزاع على المساواة بين الجنسين عن طريق توفير فرص التدريب، والمساحات الآمنة، والموارد، والأسواق الرقمية، وجهود المناصرة. يجمع المشروع بين التدريب على المهارات التقنية والشخصية مع إنشاء مركز تكنولوجيا مخصص مصمم لتلبية احتياجات الشابات والفتيات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يهدف المشروع إلى تحدي المواقف المحافظة تجاه مشاركة النساء في سوق العمل من خلال حملة مبتكرة تقودها مجموعة من منظمات المجتمع المدني، والمجموعات الشبابية، ووسائل الإعلام من أجل تحقيق تغييرات ثقافية ومنهجية لتعزيز بيئة أكثر شمولية ودعماً للنساء في الاقتصاد الرقمي

- Phase 4: Final Platform Launch & Certification System (3 Weeks)
- Phase 5: Final Handover, Training & Source Code Delivery (2 Weeks)

- المرحلة الأولى: تقرير البداية، تصميم الواجهات وحجز الدومين (3 أسابيع)
- المرحلة الثانية: النسخة التجريبية ونظام الحسابات وLMS (4 أسابيع)
- المرحلة الثالثة: أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي والأقسام التفاعلية (3 أسابيع)
- المرحلة الرابعة: إطلاق النسخة النهائية وتفعيل الشهادات (3 أسابيع)
- المرحلة الخامسة: التسليم النهائي والتدريب وتسليم الأكواد (أسبوعان)

Qualifications & Experience
- Official commercial registration & 5+ years of LMS/software experience
- Experience with Open Source LMS platforms (Moodle, Open edX, Canvas LMS, etc.)
- Proven API integrations and third-party system connectivity
- Expertise in AI, chatbots, automation & intelligent learning systems
- Strong Open Source customization, scalability & security capabilities
- Previous projects with CSOs, NGOs or international organizations
- Ability to deliver solutions in Arabic and English
- Commitment to Mobile-First Design principles
- Dedicated team of developers, UI/UX designers & security experts
- سجل تجاري رسمي وخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات وأنظمة LMS
- خبرة في منصات التعليم مفتوحة المصدر (Moodle، Open edX، Canvas LMS وغيرها)
- خبرة مثبتة في التكامل مع الأنظمة الخارجية وواجهات API
- خبرة في الذكاء الاصطناعي والمساعدات الذكية والأتمتة
- قدرات عالية في تخصيص الأنظمة المفتوحة المصدر مع ضمان الأمان والتوسع
- تنفيذ مشاريع مشابهة مع منظمات المجتمع المدني أو المؤسسات الدولية
- القدرة على تقديم الحلول التقنية بالعربية والإنجليزية
- الالتزام بنهج التصميم المرتكز على الهاتف أولاً

Payment Terms
- 20% upon contract signing
- 40% upon delivery of the Beta version
- 40% upon final delivery and transfer of ownership
- Note: The contract amount is subject to legal deductions (10% tax).

- 40% عند التسليم النهائي ونقل الملكية
- ملاحظة: مبلغ التعاقد خاضع للاستقطاعات القانونية (الضرائب) بنسبة 10٪.
